Bishop Owen Williams
The Right Reverend Owen Williams is the Rector of the parish. Bishop Williams was raised in southern California where his father was rector of St. Nicholas Parish, Encino. He was consecrated a Suffragan Bishop of the Diocese of the Northeast in April 2013 and was elected Bishop Ordinary of the Diocese of the West in October 2017.
Michael Creek, Sub-Deacon
Mike Creek is a Sub-Deacon for All Saints’ Anglican Church and has been for over fifteen years. Mike was born and raised in Long Beach, California and has an AA degree from Long Beach City College and a BA in History from California State University, Long Beach. Mike and his wife, Patricia, were married at All Saints’ by Bishop Daren Williams. Mike is a part-time reserve police officer for a local agency. Presently, he is a postulate to the Deaconate and is taking a distance learning course from Logos House of Theological Studies in Maine.
John Creel, Sub-Deacon
John Creel has been a member of All Saints’ since 1994. He became an acolyte in 2007, a Sub-Deacon in 2012 and a postulant for the deaconate that same year. John has recently postponed his studies to serve again on the Vestry, this time as Senior Warden.
John, a native of Los Angeles, has more than 40 years of international corporate management and marketing experience with companies in Canada, California and around the world. He retired from those ventures in 2008.
John is a graduate of the University of Southern California and the Art Center College of Design in Los Angeles. As an officer of the United States Army, he received the highest peacetime award, The Army Commendation Medal.
